2026-2027 Hunting, Fishing and Recreation Regulations are posted here.

All significant changes are highlighted.  All patrons are required to read the regulations prior to purchasing your permit(s).

Only DoW are allowed to hunt or recreate "behind the fence." No DBIDS will be issued as part of this program. DoW is defined as Active-Duty Military, Reserve, National Guard, DoD Civilians, Retired Military, Retired DoW Civilians and their dependents. 

DoW Contractors possessing a DoW Common Access Card (CAC) are considered DoW. DoW Contractors possessing only a Defense Biometric Identification Systems Card (DBIDS) are considered non-DoW.

All non-DoW, including DBIDS card holders, must purchase a recreation permit when recreating in the East Unit.
